Rebecca Staple, MS is a nutrition counselor with a focus on perinatal health and fertility, as well as nutrition for post-cancer treatment. She received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and passed the national board exam for Certified Nutrition Specialists® in 2023. Rebecca provides one-on-one nutrition counseling through her private practice, Staple Nutrition, to create customized wellness plans that align with each client’s physical uniqueness and personal habits. Her approach uses food as medicine, grounded in the latest evidence-based research to help empower clients to be at the center of their care and accomplish sustainable change. She lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her family.
